selftests: cgroup: amend vmtest-memcg to run the hugetlb cma tests

在 selftest config 加入 HUGETLBFS，vmtest-memcg 脚本增加 hugetlb_cma=1G 与 hugetlb_cma_only=1 参数，并将 qemu 内存提高到 3G 以保证 CMA 预留能成功。
